No Force too Great for TRV
by Matrix Newsletter Staff
It has been described as apocalyptic. An event of Biblical proportions. It claimed the lives of thousands of victims and left survivors dazed and confused in a city where anarchy reigned and looting ran rampant. It reduced some inhabitants to little more than beasts, willing to crawl over bodies to steal the belongings of the dead. Still others were reduced to desperate souls wading through toxic waters in search of food and drink. In just one night it took what was once a thriving, historical community and turned it into a cesspool of filth, decay, and death.
When hurricane Katrina hit the gulf coast of the United States, more damage was reaped than by any natural US catastrophe before it. The inhabitants of the southern states were ill prepared for the onslaught. By the time this category 5 hurricane had lost its savage power and moved north, the coast was left in ruins. More damaging than the storm was the flooding that ensued from the breaching of the levees that protected this history-rich destination metropolis. Close to 98 percent of New Orleans was soon underwater. By the end of this unimaginable catastrophe, most of the dwellings built in the bowl of this below-sea-level city were left uninhabitable in the wake of Katerina. Who could have foreseen the incredible devastation that spanned three states and has thrown this country into turmoil?
A band of Technical Remote Viewers, that's who. On July 15th, 2002, Jonina Dourif, Director of Training at PSI TECH's Technical Remote Viewing University (aka: TRVU) tasked her students with their usual weekly exercise of remote viewing a blind target. The students only receive 8 target reference numbers for this weekly exercise, performing the sessions in the "blind". What they didn't know was that the numbers were attached to the target cue: Next/Single/Most Catastrophic Event/North America/Next Ten Years.
The TRVers downloaded data akin to a disastrous storm. A "newbie" at the time, (he had just begun his studies in TRV three months prior), named Jonathan, stepped up to the plate with uncanny accuracy and poignant descriptions of Hurricane Katerina. The results of his session speak profoundly for the level of accuracy that can be achieved when a student adheres to TRV structure in a disciplined and tenacious manner.

It was at this point in the session that he sketched a natural tubular-shaped object of great force that was airy. It was narrow at the bottom, widening at the top like a funnel--a perfect sketch of the perfect storm, complete with hurricane Katerina's large eye. This force, he perceived, was gathering, grasping, gliding, and colliding. The people at the target site were now hurried, stunned, and fatigued. Jonathan declared his own emotions at the target site of feeling cornered and "swept along", fitting data considering his next perception of a "flood" that was "like a blanket".
Other data gleaned from the Matrix regarding this devastating future event included wet, deadly, and colossal. Again the viewer felt "swept away", and there was the perception of movement coming down. Jonathan was "awe struck", and the people at the target site below were alarmed, foolish, and stunned. A very telling, and very sad piece of data that accompanied the feelings of stunned was "it's impossible"; a sentiment felt no doubt by those watching the horror unfold. At this point the data of colliding returned, as well as such perceptions as flying, running, and damaging. Some of the people at the target site felt heroic; most felt "stuck". This feeling was accompanied by the data of clogged, loose, and dissolving, as well as a strong tangible of "lagoon".

Jonathan wrote his required analysis as follows:
The target is a recent or soon to happen event…resulting from a structural or systematic weakness which surprises everybody. A large force is unleashed; this is not deliberate but just one part of a long term cycle or process. A certain group of people are involved more than others. Their reactions to the event vary from catatonic to heroic, but there is little that can be done. Many objects are thrown around…as in a tornado or hurricane. Large natural or man made objects are part of this scenario…could be some dams or buildings. Analysis #1-flooding, #2-burst dam, #3-hurricane or tornado. This was the data from a blind target where the only information the Remote Viewing trainee had was eight random numbers that Joni had assigned to the target folder which remained sealed and unknown to everyone until all of the sessions were turned in and posted online in the TRV University student forum.
With only three months of Technical Remote Viewing training and practice, Jonathan produced data about an event that would come to pass three years later.
Our hearts and prayers go out to the people of New Orleans, and to those that have suffered the effects of Katerina along the gulf coast. May their suffering be short and their lives rebuilt anew.
