And so it goes. Target after target. Each one different, hidden inside sealed envelopes, blind to you -- the viewer. You follow your instructor's directions precisely, learning from each mistake as you go. After several weeks of doing these training targets something happens. It's like when you first learned how to swim or ride a bike. Your body gets to "know" what to do without you consciously thinking about it. This is how the unconscious learns.
