The Remote Viewer Hidden Within

Many of you have heard me say: Remote Viewing is the skill but you are the Tool. And sometimes I use analogies like: it's like you're the computer putting a search term in the search engine then going on the internet to download the specified information. Your body is the hardware, the TRV protocols are the software. Or I'll say, it's a skill like martial arts, you only need to go through the motion and exercises and the philosophy behind it will eventuate with practice. Or TRV is like language, we all have the innate ability to speak but we had to learn a language to communicate. It is a skill that is learned and must be taught. All of these analogies are true but they are only similar examples of other disciplines. Remote Viewing is different from everything else. There is no template that came first, therefore, like the first camera, the first radio, the first TV, or the first car, it is not easily explained, especially taking into consideration that you, the human being, are the tool by which this system operates.
We know Remote Viewing works because we at PSI TECH, have been using it on a regular basis in our daily lives for over a decade. We know how it works because we have used it for just about everything that one can think of now. So then why do you suppose a friend of mine who has been interested in psychic phenomenon for years but has yet to learn TRV, recently sent me a study in Canada where a group of academics studied a remote viewer and validated that it is possibly real? Wow! Like maybe what I've been actualizing and living for the past ten years is real! I realized that we are still so far ahead of the mass majority (and even some of our family & friends) that Remote Viewing to the public is still like the first camera invented; people didn't believe it. It sounded incredulous! Some were superstitious and thought that it stole your soul. Some thought it magic and others were just outright skeptics and firmly denied its existence. This skill is difficult to explain and difficult to believe. Its operation is even more difficult to comprehend, until you do it. You will also hear me say, like swimming or riding a bicycle, you really just have to do it to believe it or understand it.
One of the problems we have for general acceptance is the pervasive lack of knowledge and understanding of the tool itself (the human psyche). So I realize we are requesting an act of courage and faith when we ask people to just jump into the water and trust that this far-out-sounding skill will provide you with direct knowledge and access to your own personal toolbox of abilities that will exceed all of your wild imaginations and realistic expectations.
Since I was a child I was always the curious type. I was one of those incessant questioners who kept asking, "why?" Adults who wanted to deliver answers would inevitably become annoyed because for every answer they gave me I found 20 more questions, "why?" I was perplexed by the incongruent behaviors I saw around me. I wondered why people acted so differently than how they spoke. My Mother resolved my questioning by answering me with "Joni, the answer to all your questions is always right under your nose." So, I took that literally and when I had a question, I began to notice more. I noticed how I felt, what I was sensed and what I was thinking at that moment of my perplexity. Those impressions led me down a path of new discoveries and to the author of Synchronicity & The Human Psyche, Dr Carl Jung.
Jung's explanation of the human psyche made sense to me and answered many of my questions about human fallibilities and behavioral incongruencies that had previously perplexed me. I agreed with Dr. Jung's initial insight right away. People are complex creatures and they possess depths within themselves. Whether they choose to delve into them or not, they are still in operation, consciously or unconsciously.
Now, my Mother also said, "Joni, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything," but I only had to notice the great and wondrous works of people like Stephen Hawking who were incapacitated by illnesses to know that statement from my Mother was not true. It's healthy to question the statements and perceptions of others even if they are our own our parents. So what about that? Who then do we turn to for answers to our questions about life? God? Who and what is God? And if there is a God then how do I find out for myself? You see, I do not believe that our questions should have limitations. We should get to ask all the questions we want and we should be able to find the answers. Why not? Are we expected to only believe in certain books, organizations and people? That's a silly notion, one that needs to be discarded along with our superficial living style.
Dr. Carl Jung called the process of enveloping our depths of individuality, integration. Later on, others called it enlightenment and self-actualization. The simple thread to follow this way of being is to begin living your life in the moment. The "present" holds the key to the past and the future and all of your questions. Before I begin to sound a bit too esoteric and metaphysical here let me qualify my previous statement about the practice of process and evolution.
Many people have internal closets of their past to clean out. This is the most common obstacle of western man's individual and collective growth. It creates a state of stagnation that assimilates lethargy and depression because a clogged up closet in the psyche, not dealt with over time, can become sectioned off, compartmentalized and forgotten so that the person carries on as if nothings wrong but they are actually carrying around a heavy load and don't even know it. They are accustomed to the weight of 'feeling like the world lies on their shoulders or chest'. They generally have recurring feelings of emptiness that "something is wrong" or "something is missing." If this condition progresses the person eventually breaks down and becomes physically ill or very commonly resorts to unconscious projection where they condemn the world around them. Their projected perception of the world is not "wrong," it is only inside-out because they are really looking into a projected mirror image of that part of themselves that is sectioned off and missing from their conscious self-awareness. It's the part of themselves that their own psyche persists to integrate and in attempting this feat, it facilitates projections for them to see in repeated patterns of reoccurring life circumstances. Have you ever found yourself in the same unwanted situation over and over again and wondered how it happened to you again?
There are of course, varying degrees of this and most of western culture has direct experience of it or have felt the backlash from living with it. It is the lifestyle that permeates every aspect of our culture now and it behaves collectively the same way it behaves individually, obscuring the truth from the onlooker. The human psyche is remarkably resourceful though. It finds many ways to project its problems back onto itself, on the surface level where the attention is being focused or in our dreams when we sleep. Consciously or unconsciously, it will persist in pushing your trash back at you until you finally clean it up.
Yes! You know who you are! You are the folks who sat down one day with a pen, paper, (a competent instructor) and a willingness to follow some senseless seeming instructions to learn something new. Something that you had heard about and hoped was true but you didn't really believe it to the bottom of your toes although you still had the urge to find out if there was the remote possibility that it was true! You began your RV training by writing down only eight meaningless digits (called target reference numbers). That's all you had besides a set of instructions (that you didn't understand) and a tutor who pushed you along to follow directions. This wasn't "lay back and visualize," or "go to the center of your being." No, not relaxing at all, this was more like your first gym class where you tried to follow along and felt awkward and out of step.
First your instructor teaches you how to produce a reflexive squiggle very fast (called the ideogram). Then, you had to go through a painstaking struggle of learning how to "decode that squiggle"—to describe how you produced it. You could only use certain words provided to you. There's no leeway or time for creativity because you have to learn how to do this very quickly (and accurately too). Then, you had to repeat this ridiculous seeming exercise a few times before you could move on to the next stage which entailed totally different directions. Now, you were expected to write down lists of primal data, like colors, textures, smells, tastes, temperatures, sounds, and dimensions, spending no longer than four seconds to declare each one! At the end of this stage you had to quickly declare "your emotions at that moment". No time to think—just write it down, dump it, so you can begin the next stage. In this stage, you are instructed to sketch the target site but you have no idea what the target is. No time to think about that! Your instructor moves you along and you find yourself drawing rudimentary shapes (called major gestalts) that look like they were produced by a four year old! You're told that the sketching is "kinesthetic contact" (whatever that is) with the target site, not an artistic exercise. No time to ask yourself obvious questions like, "what target site? Because you are pushed to keep moving along, like your first aerobics class—"just do it!" Because if you stall or pause for too long you will loose your momentum, but in TRV it's something they call the 'signal line.' It's intense, and you feel awkward and out of shape but you are pushed into the next stage where you seem to switch gears a bit. Now, you are expected to (metaphorically speaking) follow an invisible scent dog around and gather the perceived data to only put it in its appropriate column, like a file clerk organizing and collecting scraps and bits of a puzzle. You are busy because you cannot edit or expound—you must just write it all down! A few more repetitions of these four preliminary stages and by the time you are finished with your session, you experience an exhaustion of a different sort like you have never felt before.
But wait! All this time you only had eight digits and you knew absolutely nothing about the target. It was completely hidden from you. You didn't even get a hint or a clue beforehand or during. Now, it's time for you to look and see how you did! Your heart is racing. You open the envelope and pull out the file folder almost dreading to see the name that is written on it (called the target cue) and there's a photograph there too so you can compare the target site with your written data and sketches.
You stare in utter amazement. Your mouth falls open, your eyes glaze over a little and you are speechless for a moment or two as you realize..."Oh My God this is really real! I really did that. How can this be?"
Typically, at this point, people walk around in astonishment, not daring to tell anyone for a lack of an explanation and they probably wouldn't believe them anyway—they might think you've gone round-the-bend! You are dumbfounded, dazed, and inspired all in one. But it's not long before your rationale mind emerges to sober you up and set you straight once again. It sternly says, "wait a minute, think about it, you didn't really do that yourself! It had to be a weird coincidence or some kind of mind control thing! Do it again! You'll see! You can't really do that!" So off you go to get a new set of eight digits that have already been secretly assigned to a target site by your instructor. The TRN's and target cues operate very much like the reference numbers on a library book, so, your instructor may not even know which target you have picked. (There goes your mental-telepathy-mind-control theory out the window.) But how did you do that? So, you do it again, and again, and again, and finally you bomb and don't do so well! Ah hah you see! It doesn't work! Not all of the data matched this target like the others, so there you go, you proved it! You can't really do it and all this must really be just a trick or strange coincidence of sorts!
You feel safe and sane in your orderly world again... for a short while...
But, now your rational mind is bothered and begins to nag you because it is no longer convinced that you didn't do that yourself—and if you did do it, then what does that mean? This idea begins to germinate into unsettling contrivances. You ruminate; if anyone can learn to gather information about any person, place, thing, or event in the past, present, or future then there would be no privacy, no secrets! People and the world will be vulnerable—exposed! And what then?
You didn't realize that while you were struggling along through these rigorous exercises, that you were tapping and stretching an atrophied muscle that has been lying dormant in your own mind. It's wonderful and scary at the same time. I can sense some of you who are reading this are nodding your heads in recognition but there are others who have not a clue of what I am talking about.
It doesn't take long for the devoted Remote Viewer who masters this skill to realize a daunting sense of smallness combined with an inspiration of how much 'grandness' there is to access. It's like the questions, "why," I used to ask when I was younger—for each answer, I had 20 more "why" questions to answer. The more you discover the more you realize how little you know. It's not hard to feel humble when you are truly remote viewing. Once you've started on this journey, I've never seen anyone be able to turn back.
