Inventing Success with Creativity and Remote Viewing
by Dale G. Basgall
As an established inventor with three issued U.S. patents, and having written many throughout the past twenty four years, my field and scope of inventions has always fallen into diverse mechanical art that utilize electronic over hydraulic systems to cause dynamic operation of the mechanical device(s). These are the type of inventions that require many resources along with manpower to make successful as products due to the dynamic nature of the device(s), as any other invention which becomes a profitable income.
To become enriched by one of these products is possible, but it's highly unlikely any of them will be an instant fountain of wealth, monetarily speaking. The best formula that works in making it possible to gain an income from your invention or idea method is to diligently follow these steps:
After all that is done you can expect to be paid back a fair and reasonable fee for the following phases when completed and prior to the issuance of your patent if you can interest a manufacturer. This would be an engineering fee for the time in design, prototype, reduction to practice and the follow up design phase modifications. This is not a profession rewarded by instant profits but is more a process in achievement.
- Name the invention or method.
- Keep all receipts starting at the first hardware purchases.
- Keep a daily hand written timeline on your labor and/or development notes using a diary-type permanently bound notebook.
Sign each data entry daily and date them.- Track the development of your invention by having non disclosure(s) signed.
- File for a patent and follow all the USPTO rules.
There are however, targeted areas for one skilled in the art of invention that always generate income for the developer, and are simply a bank providing a small income for the inventor with a bigger cause and usually utilized simply to purchase tools, food and other necessities to exist in this physical world. The success of the true inventor is simply that, an invention. As the artist becomes successful when they have painted a picture, so does an inventor as he develops an invention. The rich are the people that acquire knowledge that produces income as a by product of effort from devotion to self motivation, and others that may benefit from that.

An invention usually always seeds itself from a need or desire of someone, including yourself, in your brain that clicks and says, "I know how I can do that," and you act on that seed by viewing multiple possibilities in your mind. The first thing that will stop this seed is viewing other data related to the concept-at that point you become a follower chasing down hill tales. Creation originates from energetic minds and has nothing to do with following others, especially at the onset of the concept. You cannot view the past in creating the future and the word "re-creation" is just that, and the example of why people continue to do the same things in life. Get off that page and create perceptually.
If you have used a product and perceive a better method to manufacture an advancement within the art by performing the same task, the improvement of it in the eyes of a manufacturer would be to make it for less cost and do the same work. In the eyes of the end user, an advancement would be lasting longer, performing the task easier and the improving the appearance of it. When you are able to accomplish any one of those items for the end user and the one item for the manufacturer, you will be rewarded if you have all your paperwork in order. The question now is, what is a new and useful invention? Is a new invention one that you have never seen before? Simply put, a new invention is a tangible apparatus, something you hold in your possession that performs as stated in your claims, and only those comprise the invention. The raw data supports the intent whereas the tangible is the new and useful invention.
Time now becomes a critical issue, at the onset of a concept for newly improved inventions and/or a new and useful invention that is novel. The time element of reality puts you six to eight months ahead in time prior to the completion of your prototype that has been reduced to practice. That means all details, setbacks, testing, and methods of manufacture allow the invention to be manufactured without re-inventing a new machine to develop your product invention. Usually this achievement takes an average of twelve months to eighteen months before the first saleable item appears off of the production line. If you have not calculated, perceived or viewed this element in time and designed it into your new invention you will never make it worth money. That is precisely why Technical Remote Viewing becomes a valuable asset to the inventor.

In fact, TRV has saved me from physical pain twice in real-life situations in the past several months; one was in the dark-unforeseen by all people around me including me, but my physical body reacted in a way that danger was happening and made a movement that saved my head from damage without ever seeing the danger coming from behind. The other was a TRV'd event that didn't make much logical sense at the time, but the next day when the situation arose the data made it very clear how to avoid a conflict, thusly saving my hide. These two events alone have made TRV a great asset to me, not to mention the fact of feeling healthier is beneficial to me in a big way.
For the professional inventor the variables of successfully collecting rewards for efforts exerted in the invention process are so great and numerous that those variables alone will consume 99% of the creative energies within, and that if direction needs logical contemplation, the term Mad Scientist is understood. That is when the concept of the invention becomes all ruling, confusion sets in for direction, and the Mad comes out and there is no Scientist left. TRV is a tool all inventors perceptually inclined should have within the toolbox of the mind and without uncertain doubt can eliminate the madness.
The term Mad Scientist really pisses me off. I've been there and it's simply a person wanting a nameplate for a definition of a follower without direction. These people are glory mongers, without sufficient experience in the art of their concept for realistic achievement, and that's where the mad comes into play. Also knowing many self-professed Inventors I chose to simply be a Mechanic-slash-Tinkerer. The tree of invention goes like this: tinkerer to mechanic, to mad scientist and then to inventor. I have read many patents worth less than the paper costs to print them on, so let's clarify the term inventor.
Inventor: An articulate being, recognizing the true justification in life. One that has acquired skill and achieved knowledge through working at those diligently throughout life, to a point where those skills and knowledge allow a new and useful invention to be conceived-brought to tangibility within the thought process of the human psyche, and for whom a betterment in life forms a goal. That person-the inventor-then builds achievement within the art of the skill and knowledge they have acquired for a good cause.
Finalizing this invention process, we now have established that an Inventor is a being that conceives a new process or device, and/or builds an improved existing device, and that in either instance requires perceptive skills.
We now have established that this being is motivated and perceptually inclined to produce a tangible item from effort, but also needs to acquire a skill of communication with others skilled in the art and scope of which the new and useful invention or method falls into. And, that an understanding of compromise, acceptance, and calculated steps of events in time need to occur in a precise sequence.
Important for the Inventor also is the ability to draw detailed pictures and write detailed text that allows one skilled in the art to replicate exactly the tangible product outcome intended further to precisely claim in detail the novelty included within the design over the prior art available. All of these are the easy requirements, compared to the unforeseen variables to come.

Now the term Independent Inventor comes into light, for a paid company engineer designer or Inventor does not apply in this instance; their rights to any new and useful invention they may develop are assigned prior to the patent issue date to the company.
Targeting the manufacturer to be contacted, getting an appointment, what to say and to who is the next hurdle, and be prepared for a rough road. On a new invention, convincing someone to manufacture your new product will take a minimum of one quarter of a million dollars, or if they are a smaller company and can't afford a full time engineering staff they may be willing to make the product and sell it-paying you a royalty.
This will take another several months and usually a year, and remember your patent is only applied for at this time. To collect royalties a written agreement has to be drafted by someone, and if your patent doesn't issue, the royalty collection is out the window and there is no legal way to collect royalties at that point-the product becomes public information to manufacture for all. No firm will represent you on a contingent basis if your product does not have an issued patent number and/or has not made at least a million dollars. Now let's just say that you have found someone interested in and willing to manufacture your product invention, and let's just say that your patent issues; what are you willing to assign the right to manufacture it for, and how much up front money do you want? What intervals do you want the royalties to be paid at, how many payments of the upfront money will you settle for, and at what price will the product be stifled at? Have you provided a financial foundation to utilize your rewards in a productive way? How will your life improve? These are the items that will make you a mad scientist, downright mad, ready to take lives and count the fallen few later.

TRV exposes accurate data: there is no question that this technology can be a valuable asset throughout the invention process. I have seen it produce accurate results in many applications if the directions are followed precisely. TRV could be considered an inventor's treasure chest in accessing data in advance. I see the application of the data accessed from TRV being assembled into a timeline of events that are targeted as critical. As the data crosses over a timeline as it occurs in our lives, the comparison of real time events to the previously accessed data of TRV assures the inventor that the position he is taking is accurate and focused toward success with his or her invention process. This realization alone generates a feeling of an accurate foundation.
