Laci Peterson Project Update
by Jeff Lucas
In January, PSI TECH released a Technical Remote Viewing Project
Preliminary Report
on missing person Laci Peterson; a Modesto, California woman who disappeared last Christmas Eve.
During the past week, and as we prepare to publish this issue of The Matrix, important new developments have emerged
which will likely lead to the successful resolution of this case.
Project Background
Since 1997, PSI TECH has posted Targets Of The Week in
the online classroom for TRV training course students.
These targets are worked blind so only eight numbers are posted for the participants to
see. These numbers are called Target Reference NumbersTM (TRNs) and they are randomly
generated and posted at the beginning of each week. A chosen target is attached to
these TRNs by PSI TECH’s Director of Training. These targets are carefully selected
because they are designed to challenge each viewer's TRV skills and to push them to the
next level. We generally have a good mixture of beginners, intermediate and advanced
viewers who regularly participate and post their work each week.
There is not a single theme for target category of the Targets Of The Week so
the experienced viewers know not to expect or assume anything before they begin their
sessions. It could be a cell or a planet, a person, or a concept or an event. It could
be an unknown or a future trajectory or it could be a past event. The successful
viewers learn to not assume anything before they begin their Target Of the Week sessions.
Last January, one target that was posted was the Laci Peterson Disappearance Event.
We had such a remarkable turn out of corroborating data from the TRV participants that
we compiled and released the data in our January 24, 2003 issue of The Signal Line.
The Project Report
The January 2003 Project Report contained the following information:
Laci Peterson and her unborn child are dead and the deaths were not the result of an accident.
Laci was murdered following a struggle and the cause of Laci's death appears to be trauma inflicted by a hand held object.
The killer is a male and his primary focus was her unborn child.
The target site is outside and undulating with humming and rushing sounds present.
Laci was murdered near or is currently submerged and trapped in a body of water, in the vicinity of a bridge, pier, or dam.
The Modesto Police Department originally classified the case as a missing person case.
They later reclassified it in March of 2003 - calling it a homicide. Months of searching turned up no new leads
until this week...
The Latest News
The case took a dramatic turn on Monday, when
decomposed skeletal remains of a female that washed out of the San Francisco bay
were found along the shore
near Richmond. One day earlier a hiker found a full-term
fetus, umbilical cord still attached, about the age of Laci's unborn son near the same stretch of shoreline.
In a news conference held tonight at 9:15 PM Eastern, California
Attorney General Bill Lockyer released the results of the DNA testing which was performed on the
two bodies that were found. DNA samples were taken from the adult female's
and fetus' bone and muscle tissue and then compared to reference samples which included cheek swabs from Laci Peterson's
parents, blood from Scott Peterson, and hair samples from Laci Peterson's hairbrush.
Lockyer announced, "There is no question in our mind that the unidentified female is Laci Peterson" and
"the unidentified fetus is the biological child of Laci and Scott Peterson."
He further stated, "We are scientifically convinced that the match is one in billions."
In a separate news conference which immediately followed, the Modesto Chief Of Police confirmed
that Scott Peterson had been arrested and would be charged with capital murder, but did not say whether the death penalty
would be sought.

Technical Remote Viewing and Law Enforcement: PSI TECH has been called on often as a last resort, to provide information related to difficult criminal investigations and law enforcement problems. As professionals, we work cases such as these, when time permits, at no charge.
Technical Remote Viewing and Law Enforcement - Part II: He returned a couple hours later with notes from his interview with Rita. He was very animated. He said "TRV has solved another case!" He kept going on about how long it takes to investigate a case through traditional means and how this is just "wild" how fast you can get right on target and solve cases with TRV.
